What the job involves

- At Instabee, we're looking for a proactive and energetic working student to join our field sales team
- In this role, you'll focus on generating leads, making cold calls, and closing deals to grow our network of parcel pickup points
- This is not a data-heavy role — it’s a hands-on, action-packed role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, speaking with people, and turning conversations into collaborations
- You'll also gain real-world sales experience in a fast-growing tech-logistics scale-up
- Pick up the phone and reach out to potential partners — cold calling is a big part of the job
- Identify new locations for our parcel service and convince business owners to join
- Meet with prospects in person and pitch the value of becoming a pickup point
- Support the full sales cycle: from first contact to signed agreement
- Help onboard new locations and ensure a smooth start
- Keep our CRM up to date and report on your progress
- Collaborate with our Operations and Marketing teams to align efforts
