• Strong judgment on talent. You know how to spot real ability and ignore polish, credentials, titles, and corporate nonsense
• Experience building culture intentionally in fast-growing companies where top performers feel challenged, accountable, and proud to work
• Strong operator with the ability to build systems, process, and internal infrastructure that make a company sharper and faster
• High-agency leader who solves problems quickly, keeps standards high, communicates well, and has no patience for mediocrity or politics

• You'll report directly to Joey, Chief of Staff and work closely with Richie, CEO
• This is a fully remote, full-time role, mostly async, with availability expected until midday Pacific Time

• Talent Acquisition: Build a world-class recruiting function that consistently finds and closes exceptional people across every function and level. Own hiring strategy, sourcing, process design, closing, and raising the bar over time. You should know how to spot unusual talent early - people others overlook, underestimate, or misunderstand

• People Operations: Own the operational backbone of the company. Payroll, equity administration, onboarding, off-boarding, ATS, HRIS, compliance workflows, documentation, internal processes, benefits, and the countless unglamorous details that determine whether a company feels sharp or sloppy. You’ll build systems that scale without creating bureaucracy
