Role
Who you are
- You have a deep AI expertise through education and professional experience. You have contributed to several machine learning projects end-to-end, from inception to monitoring, including deployment
- You are product-oriented, never losing focus on the business value of your projects. You have experience designing and implementing AI systems in user-facing products, working closely with product and engineering to achieve common goals
- You have strong communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: you are familiar with compliance and security requirements in healthcare
What the job involves
- As our first AI hire in the company, you will report directly to Bastien our CTO
- Be hands-on with Product squads to design and implement product features that leverage AI technologies
- Work closely with the CEO and CTO to define Inato’s AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and objectives
- Work closely with the Data team to ensure quality, scalability, and availability of data used for machine learning
- Increase efficiency by identifying predictors of site performance
- Simplify their processes by facilitating data transformation between heterogeneous documents
- Reduce the burden for sites when filling feasibility questionnaires
- Proactively identify improvement areas for sites such that they might become eligible for more trials
- Identify the best possible trial matches for sites using various data inputs
