Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, SE Operations, or Sales Enablement roles
- Prior experience in a Sales Engineering capacity, with a strong understanding of customer-facing technical sales processes
- Proven ability to design and deliver technical enablement programs tailored to SE teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience creating SE operational assets such as demo playbooks, technical presentations, and workshop materials
- Familiarity with identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS industries is highly preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize enablement program effectiveness
- Nice to Have: Experience working in fast-paced startup environments

What the job involves
- At Veza, the SE Operations Manager plays a critical role in empowering our Sales Engineering (SE) teams to deliver impactful, engaging, and value-driven product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value (POV) environments.
- This role focuses on building and scaling operational programs that equip our SE team with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively communicate Veza's story and value proposition throughout the sales cycle. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you will drive initiatives that ensure SE teams are prepared, confident, and impactful in every customer interaction
- Develop SE Demos and Environments: Design, build, and maintain engaging demo, workshop, and POV environments that align with Veza’s value proposition and sales goals
- Create Sales Engineering Content: Develop SE pitches, technical storylines, and reusable content that align with customer use cases and sales objectives
- Facilitate Workshops and Training: Organize and lead workshops and enablement sessions to ensure SE teams can effectively tell the Veza story
- Build Enablement Assets: Create reusable assets, including demo guides, presentation decks, technical playbooks, and best-practice documentation
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather insights, prioritize initiatives, and align enablement efforts with company goals
- Support Sales Cycle: Ensure SE teams have the tools and assets needed at every stage of the sales cycle, including technical validations and proof-of-value initiatives
- Measure Impact: Track and measure the effectiveness of SE operational initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay Current with Product Updates: Maintain a deep understanding of Veza’s product roadmap and ensure SE materials are updated accordingly
