5+ years of VP and above level support at a SaaS or tech company, along with a history of supporting multiple executives

What the job involves

We are seeking a self-driven, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our product and engineering leaders. This role will support three executives with proactive calendar, travel, and expense management, along with internal and external event management
Effectively manage complex schedules, events, and tasks for multiple leaders, ensuring all communications are organized and leaders are well-prepared. Anticipating needs and maintaining an efficient workflow
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, along with acquiring visas when necessary
Organize correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
Draft internal and external communications such as memos, emails and reports
Plan and execute team meetings and events with up to 100 attendees (in-person and virtual), fostering employee engagement and connectivity
Support Head of Product to manage the Customer Advisory Board
Assist with team onboarding, ensuring new members have all necessary information while acting as the main point of contact during the onboarding process
