What the job involves
- As part of the wider Executive Assistant team, you will provide essential support to Comms, Procurement and Finance.
- You will oversee their work streams with a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality, including a deep comprehension of the different workstreams, tracking and managing actions, stakeholder management and meeting arrangements
- Please be aware that this role may require occasional travel across the UK, to support senior leaders at meetings and events
- Extensive meeting management for the multiple Directors - scheduling meetings, developing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions for both internal and external meetings
- Working closely with all teams across ARIA to build, coordinate and deliver projects and initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence related to ongoing projects
- Develop and maintain project plans & timelines
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing solutions as needed
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Provide regular updates to the team and other stakeholders on project progress and performance
- Booking transport and accommodation and developing detailed itineraries for travel
- Organising internal events and team building activities
