What the job involves
- As Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the portfolio and go-to-market (GTM) strategy of your business line
- We are hiring two Director roles: Human Capital Management (HCM) and Consumer Financial Solutions (CFS)
- The role of the Product Marketing Directors is to drive growth of an expanding portfolio of Human Capital Management or Consumer Financial Solutions offerings, optimizing for strategic alignment, adoption, retention, revenue growth, speed to market, cost, and profitability
- Create, own, and champion portfolio and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for consumer financial or human capital management software product features including opportunity sizing, setting objectives, goals, audience definition, marketing and communication strategy, and measurement
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used across every customer touchpoint
- Partner with Marketing to expand brand coverage for new consumer offerings, drive successful launches and generate demand
- Develop a deep understanding of prospective and existing partners and employees by employing traditional and innovative customer research methods
- Represent the voice of the consumer, partner and business with cross-functional stakeholders including product, user experience, design, analytics, creative, and leadership
- Review competitor products and marketing, educating stakeholders on key areas for growth and ongoing differentiation
- Consumer: As the Consumer business grows, build and Manage a team of Product Marketing Managers who act as CMOs of products and features in partnership with Product Managers
