What the job involves
- As Cyber Security Lead, you will own AI Score’s security posture end-to-end. You will build and run the security program that supports enterprise customers: governance, controls, assurance, incident readiness, vulnerability management, and third-party validation
- You will bring order and clarity across our entire landscape, including endpoints, identity, cloud, and delivery pipelines
- This is a hands-on role with incredible opportunity to grow with the company. You will set the security strategy, define the operating model, and implement the controls (in coordination with Engineering and Technology teams)
- This role is a growth opportunity for someone who is business-minded and understands that security is a commercial advantage when executed properly
- Own the security program: Define and maintain AI Score’s security strategy, priorities, and roadmap. Establish the security operating model across people, process, and product
- Create clear ownership and accountability across engineering, operations, and vendors
- Governance, assurance, and frameworks:
- Own our security governance, documentation, and control environment
- Lead the path towards ongoing ISO27001, and coordinate evidence collection and continuous improvement
- Drive SOC2 readiness and ongoing audit cycles, including scoping, control mapping, and evidence workflows
- Run internal security reviews and control testing with measurable outcomes
- Vulnerability management & testing:
- Design and operate a vulnerability management program across cloud, endpoints, and applications
- Coordinate and manage third-party penetration tests, including scoping, scheduling, and remediation tracking
- Establish repeatable processes for triage, prioritisation, SLAs, and reporting that leadership can trust
- Incident Response and operational readiness:
- Build and run the cyber incident response programme: playbooks, escalation paths, roles, comms, and post-incident reviews
- Ensure logging, alerting, and detection workflows support rapid investigation and containment
- Third Party and vendor security:
- Own security reviews for vendors and partners
- Establish a third-party risk process that scales
- Support customer security due diligence with crisp, defensible answers and evidence
