- 5+ years in growth or demand gen marketing, ideally in sales tech, GTM tech, or SaaS
- Proven ability to create and execute campaigns that build pipeline
- Strong creative instincts and comfort working across content, social, and possibly paid
- Confidence navigating ambiguous environments and making things happen
- Bonus: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, or paid platforms
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who excels at building and executing creative marketing campaigns with real pipeline impact.
- You’ll manage programs that run across LinkedIn, events, partnerships, and digital channels.
- You’ll work cross-functionally with your marketing colleagues and sales, success, product, and engineering teams to execute
- Own Campaign Execution: You’ll build and run marketing campaigns from end to end – coordinating creative, content, execution, reporting, and ensuring the follow-ups that turn prospects into revenue
- Produce Product Content: You can work with product and sales teams to produce engaging content that highlights the value of the Nooks platform
- Coordinate Across Teams: You’ll partner with sales, success, and product teams to brainstorm ideas and turn them into discrete, actionable programs
- Drive Social and Brand Engagement: Use organic posts to amplify campaigns and build awareness and thought leadership among our sales and sales development audiences
- Be A Video Whiz: You’re comfortable behind the camera (and editing desk) and maybe you’re even a pro on camera too! You can produce high quality videos at scale for frequent sharing
- Experiment and Iterate: You’re great at testing new campaign types, formats, and channels to see what works and can be repeated
Our take
For many businesses, the rise in hybrid and remote working has lessened team building and collaboration within their teams. Nooks was founded in 2020, initially as a virtual space for sales teams to collaborate and work in real-time, and to feel like they're working in the same room as their colleagues.
Nooks evolved from that social workflow premise and developed an AI dialer to automate manual tasks for sales teams. It also has a "Call Analytics" tool for sales teams to transcribe, analyse and improve upon their calls. Meanwhile, its virtual salesfloor still makes collaborating, team building and training easier for virtual teams.
While Nooks is up against large workflow management platforms such as Slack, its tight focus on sales teams lets it stand out. This speciality has led to several rounds of funding for Nooks, the latest of which is being channelled into expanding operations and business reach.
