• We are looking for a creative and adaptable Designer to join the smol design team
• As our brand continues to grow, we need someone who can translate commercial and marketing briefs into high-impact, thoughtful designs
• You will be responsible for executing design work across our brand, including packaging, digital assets, and print materials, helping us maintain our reputation for design excellence
• As a Midweight Designer, we'd expect you to have a proven track record of handling projects with a good degree of autonomy
• You are comfortable managing your own schedule, collaborating with other departments, and producing high-quality work with minimal oversight
• Design execution - Own and execute design projects from concept to final delivery. This includes everything from packaging and print to digital marketing assets
• Translating briefs - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand commercial goals and turn them into compelling, high-quality visual designs
• Quality control - Champion high visual standards across all outputs, ensuring consistency with the smol brand
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with teams across the business (e.g. Marketing, Product) to ensure design is aligned with broader project goals
• Continuous Improvement - Contribute to our creative culture by sharing knowledge, inspiration, and ideas for process improvement
