Who you are
- We’re growing and looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. Experience in a startup or high-growth company is preferred
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle global recruiting, with strong emphasis on hiring senior-level roles, especially in GTM functions
- Proven track record recruiting for executive and senior leadership positions
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and leadership teams, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Familiarity and experience recruiting within the federal sector is highly desirable
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proven analytical, strategic, and continuous learning skills
- Excellent communication skills and high relationship intelligence
What the job involves
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the U.S., including recruitment strategy, candidate relationship management, interview coordination, and offer stages with a strong focus on GTM and executive hiring
- Develop and implement data-driven, customized recruiting strategies that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Partner with and coach hiring teams to ensure alignment between hiring decisions, business goals, and our inclusive culture
- Walk candidates through our process with up-to-date communication and top-notch candidate experience
- Manage recruiting resources and build creative sourcing plans to strengthen the external talent pipeline, with a strong focus on diverse representation
- Gather and analyze candidate feedback to continuously enhance and improve the overall candidate experience
