Role
Who you are
- 2+ years experience in a B2B marketing (Brand, Customer, Product)
- Deep understanding of customer experience, living by the “delight the customer” mentality
- Will join our Chicago office 3 days a week
- KPI and results driven, leveraging data to make decisions
- Strong understanding of customer pain points & needs, with the ability to create and cater meaningful messaging & positioning
- Ability to work independently while being a genuine team player
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated and know when to seek guidance
- Ability to lead projects with cross-functional team collaboration
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strategies or campaigns can quickly shift as business needs warrant
What the job involves
- Are you passionate about crafting powerful customer stories, amplifying the customer voice, and driving brand loyalty?
- We’re looking for an ambitious and customer-centric marketer to join our team and play a key role in our customer advocacy, retention, and growth efforts
- You’ll be responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing programs that drive engagement, enhance product adoption, and foster community
- You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build strong customer relationships, gather actionable insights, and develop targeted campaigns that support the sales cycle and strengthen our brand
- Customer Advocacy & Retention: Execute marketing programs focused on customer advocacy, retention, and growth
- Customer References: Manage a customer advocacy program, producing reviews, testimonials, and case studies to support the sales cycle
- Targeted Campaigns: Run segmentation, targeted campaigns, and lead generation, collaborating with the Content team on advocacy and case studies
- Enablement Materials: Create customer enablement resources to boost product adoption and engagement
- Community Engagement: Strengthen customer relationships and foster community engagement to amplify the voice of the customer
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns in 6sense, HubSpot, and Salesforce, analyzing metrics to refine strategies
- Industry Knowledge: Conduct research to expand category expertise and inform brand strategy
- Be onsite at our downtown Chicago office (near Union Station) 3 times per week

The company offers a cloud-based suite of practice management tools that allows professional services – from accountants to architects – to track, manage, and invoice their time. The platform also provides services in other areas, such as allowing companies to schedule employees and manage their projects.
BigTime Software acquired Projector, a leader in the PSA space, in 2022, towards combining Projector's functionality with BigTime's scale of operation. The combined entity is predicted to track over $10 billion of billable time each year.
