What the job involves

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for the efficient management of incoming claims and damages
The goal is to process damages thoroughly, efficiently and in a timely manner
As an Operations Coordinator, your main tasks will be administrative support, but you will also have an opportunity to work on and support projects
Monitor and document accidents and damages according to specifications
Handing damages and claims with insurance
Follow-up communication with customers and insurers about accidents and claims
Creation of reports to monitor volumes and performance
Assist with further operational duties as requested

They face a similar to challenge to Uber in that no company in this space has established a profitable business model that isn't propped up by investors with deep pockets. Creating a sustainable model that's better for drivers than Uber is the way Bolt can win
