Business Intelligence Analyst, Relativity Space

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience data modeling using SQL
• 2+ years of experience designing/building visualizations in Tableau, Grafana or similar tool
• 1+ year of experience working with ERP data
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Our functions include general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, audit, tax and compliance, accounts receivable, credit, cost accounting, and business data strategy
• By collecting and maintaining the business’s financial activities in accordance with US GAAP, we are able to provide accurate and timely financial reports for strategic planning and decision-making purposes to management, investors, and other stakeholders

• Work closely with key internal business stakeholders such as FP&A and Supply Chain teams to translate reporting requirements to technical requirements and develop data models or dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Develop an understanding of data schemas from disparate data sources (ERP, MES, MRP, etc.) and use SQL to build new data models in our data warehouse
• Design and build dashboards using data visualization tools like Tableau or Grafana that generate actionable insights
• Ensure data models and dashboards are thoroughly tested and accurate prior to release
• Document data models, define metrics, and train end users for successful dashboard adoption
• Track, troubleshoot, and escalate support tickets related to our data products using
