Role
Who you are
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles
- Experience working across multiple customer communication channels
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback
- Excellent communication skills, being able to translate technical information into customer-centric communications
Desirable
- Experience within a technology-based and/or regulated environment
- Experience of dealing with challenging customer interactions such as vulnerable customers or escalations
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
What the job involves
- As a Customer Support Agent you will be representing Crezco to our customers as their first point of contact for queries across our product suite; helping them get the best out of our technology. You will be positioned at the centre of a fast-paced, growing start-up. This is a pivotal role in providing customer feedback to support product development and ensuring Crezco remains at the forefront of open banking payment solutions. You will need to work ‘hard’ and ‘smart’. To succeed, Crezco hires and develops the best talent!
- Customer Support: reactive email/ticketing support for customer queries providing exceptional customer experience
- Customer Feedback: collate and highlight customer feedback that aides product development and customer education to drive self-service opportunities
- Operations Support: support the wider operational team during peaks of activity, multi-skilling across compliance and payment operations

- 1. A technical / role-based interview with our Customer Support Manager and another Operations Manager (45mins)
- 2. Competency assessment
- 3. Final interview with Head of Customer Operations and a member of our Senior Management
- Background referencing including minimum two professional reference requests (we like to speak with 1/2 prior managers)

Our take
Open banking FinTech Crezco wants to make invoice payments as convenient and cheap as B2C card payments. Compared to typical software companies, FinTech hasn’t historically scaled at zero marginal cost. Open banking solves this paradox.
Crezco provide a free payment API using open banking rails across UK and international markets for B2B payments such as invoice payments as convenient as B2C card payments, without the costs collected by companies like Visa and MasterCard.
Crezco are integrated into accountancy platforms Xero and QuickBooks as well as other leading B2B platforms for invoice payments. There is stiff competition in the payments industry from the likes of GoCardless and Stripe. Looking ahead the company plans to further expand its services to bring more value to its customers.
