What the job involves

Sagetap is looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our team, focusing on vendor acquisition and onboarding.
The ideal candidate will identify and engage potential vendors, showing the value and opportunities to join the Sagetap network.
You will facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new vendors are fully equipped to succeed on our platform.
Additionally, the Account Executive will be responsible for negotiating and closing new deals, ensuring beneficial agreements for both parties, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets

Sagetap pools together data analytics, data management, DevOps and cybersecurity experts who consult to help companies monitor competition and ensure their product tightly meets market demand.

Sagetap is a relatively new addition to the cloud computing sector, but by focusing intensely on high-growth companies developing enterprise software it is hitching its wagon to a rapidly expanding market. Forecasts anticipate the cloud computing market to be pushing a $1 trillion global valuation by 2026, with an increasing proportion of this coming from the fast-growth startups Sagetap addresses.

In 2024, the company raised Seed funding to support the development of what it calls the first AI-driven marketplace for enterprise software procurement. This will allow it to deliver a more targeted service with heightened value for both buyers and sellers.
