- Are you skilled in developing strategies and leading paid advertising and SEO efforts on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, email, and organic search?

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, marketing, data analytics, or a related field
- Need 8+ years in demand generation for B2B in industrial systems, engineering, automation, or manufacturing
- Proficiency and fluency in Account Based Marketing (ABM), paid media, automation, CRO, SEO, PLG, activation, and retention
- Strong track record of leading, managing, and driving demand-generation programs that deliver measurable business results, including pipeline and revenue
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Proficiency with HubSpot as a CRM and marketing automation platform
What the job involves
- You’ll integrate SEM, SEO, and paid media into a data-driven plan to increase ROAS and revenue
- You’ll collaborate across teams to drive pipeline growth and qualified opportunities
- Strategize, develop, and implement demand generation strategies and digital campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing
- Produce high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and drive traffic
- Work closely with the sales, business development, marketing, and member-company general manager teams to align efforts and drive revenue
- Own, plan, manage, and optimize spend and forecasts for the annual demand generation budget to influence funnel growth, increase conversions, and accelerate pipeline velocity
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on new technologies and techniques
