Who you are
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support our legal team in managing license applications, company secretarial duties, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- This position requires proactive problem-solving, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality at all times
- Legal degree/qualification preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3-6 years of paralegal experience at a law firm or in-house
- Fluency in English
Desirable
- Strong interest in disruptive technology, financial services, or security; prior experience working in financial services, fintech, digital assets or high-growth tech companies a plus
- Proven ability to proactively and efficiently project manage and build strong working relationships within an international organization and across geographic regions and timezones
- Track record of creative problem-solving with limited supervision, excellent written and oral communication skills, and creation of strong and trusted cross-functional relationships
- Experience dealing with GDPR (and other privacy regulation) requests and projects

- The role involves coordinating and overseeing project management initiatives, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution of legal and regulatory processes
- Support license applications ensuring that deadlines are met
- Maintain corporate records and support regulatory filings and reports
- Assist with preparation of materials for committees and board of directors
- Manage documentation, organize meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate legal operations
- Act as a point of contact for external vendors, managing contracts, and ensuring service quality and alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving queries related to legal processes
