Quality Assurance Engineer, Lopay

• 2+ years of experience in a QA or similar testing role, preferably in a product-focused environment
• Experience with both manual and automated testing for Android, iOS and web platforms
• Proficiency with QA tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks for automation
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to develop automated test cases
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality products
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills for managing multiple test cases and releases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively documenting and reporting test results
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate QA insights and suggestions across departments

Desirable

• Manual Testing:
• Review and analyse product requirements and specifications to identify testing needs
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and scenarios
• Execute manual tests for functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing
• Detect and track software defects, report bugs, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues
• Collaboration:
• Working closely with the CPO to fully understand the product, you will be a liaison to the business and able to respond effectively to any questions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and support, to ensure a smooth, high-quality product development process
• Provide feedback on product quality and continuously seek opportunities to improve testing practices
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices
• Drive improvements in testing methodologies, tooling, and infrastructure
