Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in product management at enterprise-level SaaS organizations
- Experience with SaaS platforms and Cloud native technologies
- Experience working at startups and in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to properly translate positioning and technology
- Ability to think creatively and come up with new solutions to customer pain points
- Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
- Proven leadership skills and prior experience building high-performing teams
- Experience in CyberSecurity space, familiarity and working knowledge of AI and platform products
What the job involves
- In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to shape the product, define the roadmap and ensure execution of initiatives for our full suite of offerings
- You will work with customers to define platform features, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver them to enterprise customers
- You will need to extensively collaborate with the customers and partners to understand their pain points, define use cases that we need to address, and make prioritization decisions
- This is a very visible and hands-on PM leadership role where you report to the executive team and will interact with peers in Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Product Management

- Define and develop the Product development strategy in collaboration with CTO and leadership teams within Robust Intelligence
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to comprehend and identify emerging challenges affecting Security teams
- Transform product insights into a well-defined and strategic roadmap for new product opportunities
- Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs within the company
- Lead the product development process from discovery to launch
- Monitor and analyze product performance and use that data to drive product improvements
- Develop strong, trusted partnerships with customers and partners to evangelize and deliver value based solutions that directly impact their ability to deploy AI models
- Drive internal and external communication on Robust Intelligence’s Product platform to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality products
- Work closely with Design, Software Engineers and Machine Learning engineers in a highly technical environment to define, scope and prioritize feature development
- Partner closely with GTM and Customer Success teams to provide frameworks for product positioning, enablement and deployment
Our take
As companies leverage more AI technology in their operations, so too do malicious actors, increasing the need for rigid defences while allowing data scientists to work freely. Plenty of companies (like Sentinel One and Dataminr) have moved into the AI defence space.
Robust Intelligence’s platform helps companies secure their deployment of AI and Machine Learning models. The company offers two separate tools: one which performs stress tests on AI algorithms in search of potential weak spots, and another which acts similarly to a firewall by scanning for and heading off corrupted data.
Launched in 2019, Robust Intelligence is a new entrant, but already has enterprises like PayPal and NTT Data signed up. The work of co-founder Yaron Singer, a tenured Harvard professor, may give the company an edge. Singer built the platform with the help of former students, after spending years researching AI security mechanisms and creating new algorithms to detect bad data, effectively enough that the government agency DARPA helped fund his work.
