Role
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Product Enablement Manager or similar role, preferably with a content writing, technical writing or product marketing background
- Experience in creating and improving user experiences across different formats and channels
- Familiarity with Product enablement management tools and content creation platforms (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, or others)
- Experience in writing technical content in a fast moving B2B SaaS startup/scaleup
- Detail orientated with a passion for continuous improvement
- Curious and intuitive mindset
- Experienced in leveraging data to inform content decisions whilst being able to identify gaps and measure the success of your work
- Self-starter and can thrive on taking ownership of projects and deliverables
- A visionary mindset to create innovative enablement solutions within the product environment
- Exceptional communicator, both in breaking down technical details and engaging cross-functional teams
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple language for diverse audiences
Desirable
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with technical product management and ecosystem understanding
- Knowledge of the Construction Industry
What the job involves
- Develop strategies to optimise resources for AI-readiness, SEO, and user experience
- Create scalable processes to manage and update high-quality product resources
- Integrate support materials into the product to enhance engagement and reduce friction
- Align long-term product enablement strategies with product and business goals
- Ensure consistency in tone, language, and format across all resources
- Regularly audit content to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Use data and analytics to track content effectiveness, engagement and improve resources
- Manage a comprehensive help center with articles, FAQs, guides, and videos
- Collaborate with Design and Development teams to document new features and updates
- Work with customer-facing teams to identify knowledge gaps and customer challenges
- Gather and present user feedback to drive product improvements and inform content updates and strategy
- Manage product enablement tools to organise information efficiently
