- Proficiency in YAML and JSONata, or similar languages such as Python, SQL, and XML
- Ability to navigate and solve complex challenges efficiently
- Meticulous approach to the configuration process, ensuring thorough execution
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment, valuing input and collaboration
- Experience in conducting thorough testing and debugging of configurations
- Configuring business process flows on low-code platforms and building proof of concepts
- Familiarity with managing and prioritizing configuration backlogs
- Strong understanding of industry standards and customer expectations
- Experience in managing configuration maintenance for continuous customer support and optimisation

What the job involves
- As a Business Technologist at One World, you will be at the forefront of leveraging our state-of-the-art low-code platform to optimise and enhance our business processes
- Your expertise in scripting with languages such as YAML and JSONata will be crucial in configuring and fine-tuning business process flows
- You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality through rigorous testing and debugging, making sure our configurations are impeccable before further testing
- Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and present proof of concepts, demonstrating innovative solutions to our customers
- You'll manage configuration tasks, prioritising backlog items in collaboration with analysts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Acting as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, you'll ensure clear communication, efficient project execution, and comprehensive documentation
- Your contributions will directly support our mission to create sustainable supply chains through next-generation technology
