What the job involves
- We are looking for a Manager to support our Analytics and Strategy & Operations teams, both of which play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights and driving growth and operational excellence of Hopscotch
- This individual will be responsible for leading operational, analytical, and strategic initiatives for high-leverage areas of the business and quickly drive results
- Develop and maintain operational analytics to drive insights and action for key stakeholders across the organization (e.g., leadership, PCPs, clinic teams)
- Conduct complex, detailed analyses to inform strategic, clinical, and operational decisions
- Build and maintain complex financial and operational models and reporting to support decision-making
- Identify and validate new opportunities to apply generative AI to improve access and quality of care
- Work with the leadership team to pinpoint the highest leverage opportunities and needs across the business
- Support metric governance program to ensure highest priority metrics are accurate and consistent across the organization
- Support build vs. buy vs. partner assessments and assist in high-impact capital allocation decisions
- Monitor regulatory changes and federal/state funding opportunities impacting care delivery, digital health, and value-based models
