Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, SaaS, or AI-driven environments
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and lead projects autonomously
- Strong customer empathy and experience in building customer-centric solutions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. PMP or project management certification preferred. Agile certification is a plus
- Competencies:
- Proficiency in SmartSheets, Jira, and other PM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Sedentary work lifting no more than 10 pounds
- Occasional lifting, carrying, and standing
- Frequent hand/eye coordination to operate office equipment
- Vision sufficient to read computer screens, reports, and related department documents
- Dexterity to operate computer keyboards and other related office equipment
- Endurance sufficient to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time

What the job involves
- Intelepeer is seeking a seasoned Project manager for its professional services team with a focus on health-tech
- Act as the primary liaison for customers, deeply understanding their goals and translating them into actionable, outcome-driven project plans. Ensure customer satisfaction is central to every decision
- Take full ownership of project outcomes—not just tasks. Drive initiatives forward with a bias for action, ensuring delivery meets or exceeds expectations in scope, timeline, and quality
- Operate with strategic independence, making informed decisions and proactively resolving roadblocks. Escalate only when necessary, demonstrating strong judgment and initiative
- Develop and manage project timelines that reflect customer priorities and business impact. Adapt plans dynamically to meet evolving needs while maintaining transparency and accountability
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to align project goals with broader company objectives. Facilitate seamless coordination across stakeholders
- Customize and optimize IntelePeer’s AI and CPaaS solutions to meet client-specific requirements. Continuously iterate based on performance metrics and feedback
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Manage scope changes with agility and clear communication to all stakeholders
- Maintain clear, concise documentation and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes. Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback, measure success, and identify opportunities for improvement in both process and product
