Who you are

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices
You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented

1-2 years experience supporting inside sales environment
Experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce
Basic experience in Excel or Google Sheets

In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

What the job involves

We are looking for a qualified Sales Operations Associate to join our team. You will ensure sales agents are meeting expectations and provide support to customer inquiries
Provide day to day auditing and review sales agents call recordings
Find discrepancies in sales process and provide reporting
Provide data to help the sales management team
Monitor performance indicators
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
