Role
Who you are
- Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship starting in September or October 2025
- English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak Spanish or German, bonus points for you!
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are creative, you have an experimentation and testing mindset
- You can work independently and take initiative in projects
- You have a previous experience in marketing, a big plus if it was in CRM
- If you have basic html knowledge and you’ve already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus!
- You must be enrolled in a work-study program (formation en alternance) with a French school
What the job involves
- The Engagement team aims to create a personalised & trusted relationship with users through their customer journey, by curating tailored experiences and guiding them with relevant content across our owned channels (Merch & CRM), in order to boost engagement and become the destination to buy, sell or recycle electronics devices
- As a CRM apprentice (Customer Experience), you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on ad-hoc campaigns on all markets we operate: France, USA, UK, Spain, Germany and Japan
- CRM is responsible for delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right moment, through different channels like emails, push notifications and in-apps
- Support the creation of the CRM animation plan in accordance with the objectives for the markets
- Support the campaign creation effort in our CRM tool Braze, working closely with our brand managers and copywriters
- Help to implement campaigns on various CRM channels (email, push notifications, in-app)
- Analyze our campaign's results and provide recommendations to the team
- Support the evolution of our transversal projects (lifecycle email optimizations)
- Starting date is from September / October 2025
- Duration: 12 months ideally
