Who you are
- You have a first successful experience as an intern in Business Law, if possible in a scale-up
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in Business Law / IP / Compliance. For Bar Student PPI more than welcome
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- You are able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment, with a high attention to details
- You enjoy working on tangible projects and are eager to commit to an ambitious venture

What the job involves
- Naboo is looking for its future Legal Intern to support its growth, starting in September 2025
- You will play a key role... 🔑 ensuring Naboo’s legal compliance in all the countries where the company operates
- Reporting to the Head of Finance, Legal & HR, here are the responsibilities you will take on:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements (e.g., NDAs, supplier agreements, client contracts)
- Assist in maintaining and organizing Naboo’s contract management database
- Support regulatory filings and documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international standards
- Assist with GDPR compliance and other relevant data protection regulations
- Assist in preparing legal documents for board meetings and investor relations
- Contribute to developing and improving internal legal processes and workflows
- Assist in creating templates, policies, and procedures for legal and compliance activities
- Work closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, and HR to provide legal guidance and support
- Assist in legal training sessions for internal teams

- Speed dating with 4-5 random members of the Naboo team, 15 minutes each
