Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing or demand generation, with a strong track record of working closely with sales teams and driving regional pipeline
- Regional marketing expertise – Proven experience designing and executing field and digital programs across diverse regional markets
- Strong partnership mindset – Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted relationships with sales, partners, and stakeholders
- Data-driven approach – Comfortable using metrics and insights to measure impact, optimize programs, and guide decision-making

What the job involves
- As the Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe & Middle East, you will play a key role within Chainguard’s EMEA marketing team, driving demand and pipeline across a diverse, high-growth region
- Your core focus will be France, Middle East, and wider Southern Europe region, working closely with regional sales, BDR, and partner teams to accelerate pipeline, shorten sales cycles, and deepen customer relationships
- You will be responsible for building and executing regional field marketing strategies that balance global consistency with local market nuance — tailoring programs to regional buying behaviors, partner ecosystems, and customer priorities
- As Chainguard continues to scale across EMEA, this role offers the opportunity to build, expand, and shape marketing coverage in Southern Europe and the Middle East, with clear potential to grow as the region matures
- Develop regional field marketing plans
- Create and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned to regional sales priorities, pipeline targets, and GTM strategy
- Execute regional marketing programs
- Drive demand through a mix of Chainguard-hosted events, industry conferences, partner activations, digital programs, and global campaign execution
- Lead strategic account engagement
- Design and deliver targeted marketing initiatives for key strategic accounts across Southern Europe and the Middle East
- Support pan-EMEA initiatives
- Contribute to broader EMEA marketing programs and events, ensuring strong regional alignment and local relevance
- Partner closely with sales
- Act as the primary marketing partner for regional sales leaders, BDRs, and partners — ensuring tight alignment across planning, execution, and measurement
- Drive partner co-marketing
- Build and execute joint marketing plans with key regional and global partners to expand reach and influence in-market

Chainguard exists to build security into the coding supply chain by making it possible for companies to enforce security policies based on auditable signatures baked into the code.
In the wake of huge cyber attacks, software supply chain security has been an area of major focus. However, most of this has surrounded the scanning and detection of threats. Chainguard's approach comes from the other end of the process, focusing on building security into the software itself.
Built by former engineers who are aware of developer workloads, Chainguard is designed to be easily installed and integrated into existing automation systems. The company has secured substantial funding, the latest of which will support more aggressive product and R&D spending as it looks to further boost sales.
