Role
Who you are
- 6+ years of product design experience, including leading a product from ambiguity to launch and iteration
- A portfolio that shows strong systems thinking and excellent craft in complex flows such as forms, disclosures, or data-rich interfaces
- Accessibility built into your process
- Comfort with AI design and prototyping tools, plus curiosity about agent-built product development
- The ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and carry design decisions through production
- Experience in fintech or another regulated field is welcome, but not required
- If you want to define how thoughtful design works on an AI-native product team, we'd love to hear from you
What the job involves
- Lead design across member journeys, credit union tools, and internal products
- Take ideas from early discovery through prototypes, testing, and shipped experiences
- Own and evolve our design system across responsive design, accessibility, localization, and dark mode
- Create clear systems and specifications that help AI agents and engineers implement with accuracy
- Review what ships, learn from users, and keep raising the product quality bar
- Partner closely with engineers, customers, and stakeholders
