Role
Who you are
- This is an exciting opportunity for a data-led marketer who’s passionate about performance analysis, optimisation, and audience engagement across multiple digital channels
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing analytics, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment
- Strong skills in campaign performance analysis across paid media, CRM/email, SEO analysis, and conversion funnels
- Proficient in SQL, with experience working in large datasets. Python is a bonus
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and marketing platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong commercial acumen – you understand ROI, customer funnels, and optimisation levers
- Confident communicator – able to present insights clearly and influence non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to challenge briefs, ask the right questions, and find creative ways to unlock performance gains
- Experience with B2B marketing or subscription-based models is a plus
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing team and unlock the insights that drive digital marketing success
- As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in maximising the effectiveness of our digital marketing. From PPC and paid social to email and on-site journeys, you’ll partner with the wider Marketing and Product teams to understand campaign performance, optimise spend, and drive conversions
- You’ll dive deep into complex datasets to uncover what’s working and what’s not – then turn your findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- This is a hands-on role where your data expertise will directly influence digital marketing strategy and business growth
- You'll own reporting and dashboards, contribute to audience segmentation strategies, and help shape a data-first approach to targeting and engagement
