Role
Who you are
- Current enrollment in a related Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education on new marketing tactics and tools
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques

- Experience with content creation is a plus, even if not professionally
What the job involves
- Develop new social media campaigns from the ground up
- Take over content creation for all of our company social media accounts, including organizing cross-platform content strategies
- Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas and memes, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts
- Contributing to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Our take
With the ability to merge the data and metrics of over 300 health apps and services, ONVY is bridging the gap between the booming fitness app business, spearheaded by the likes of Fitbit, and analytical machine learning. The company stands out from other health app companies through its AI Health Coach, which matches conversational and generative AI adapted to the user with available health data from connected devices and apps. This curates a health and fitness plan that fits seamlessly into the user’s current routine.
Connecting leading brands, ONVY has been awarded seed funding from German football player Timo Baumgartl, which is bound to draw in an audience of sports enthusiasts and professionals.
However, this may be soon pose a slight problem - ONVY’s target clientele is weighted towards seasoned fitness enthusiasts, even professional athletes, who would benefit from more curated fitness coaching. Whilst this audience could be lucrative, ONVY may benefit and grow quicker if it widened its product to accommodate to more than just who it calls “high performers”.
Even so, ONVY appears well-positioned for continued growth, attracting investor backing and evolving beyond just a consumer fitness app into an AI health platform with applications across wellness, healthcare and Enterprise services. By building on this foundation while gradually expanding its appeal beyond elite users, ONVY certainly has the potential to grow without losing the premium position that has helped distinguish it in its crowded market.
