Role
Who you are
- Are you striving to become a marketing pro? Do you thrive on bringing strategy to life across channels, teams, and timelines?
- We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Campaign & Project Coordinator to join our Demand Generation team
- 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, campaign execution, or project coordination
- Experience in Tech or B2B SaaS and in multi-channel marketing activation (especially physical events) is a must
- A self-starter, can-do mentality, you’re not afraid to pitch your own ideas to hit KPIs
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hubspot)
- Comfortable navigating analytics tools like PowerBI and Google Analytics
- Excellent multitasker with strong time and project management skills
- You’re up to date on the latest trends in B2B marketing, have an interest in ABM and are comfortable trying new things and learning from your mistakes
- Experience in a global distributed team is a plus
- Bonus if you're multilingual (especially German, French, or Spanish)

What the job involves
- In this role, you’ll be the essential link between high-level marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across North America, including tradeshows, targeted events, ABM and third-party activities
- Work cross-functionally with content, design, SEO, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, on-brand, and on point
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely launches and strong performance
- Collaborate with internal leaders to align campaigns with priorities
- Keep messaging consistent and aligned across all channels and assets
- Track KPIs and channel performance, and ensure clear lead attribution with Marketing Operations
- Help evaluate, manage, and optimize relationships with external marketing vendors

Outpost24 was founded in 2001 to help companies manage the growing threat of cyber criminals by assessing and testing an organisation's IT vulnerabilities and providing visibility of the assets at risk so that security holes can be closed before they are exploited by bad actors.
The cybersecurity sector is crowded, and Outpost24 faces intense competition from the likes of IBM and Cisco, not to mention a host of startups focusing on issues in the space. However, Outpost24 has managed to carve out a place for itself with a focus on security testing rather than becoming distracted by diversifying into other solutions. It is also the only company to offer full coverage across network, device, web, cloud data and user security in a single package. This approach has stood it in good stead for over 20 years and garnered it a client base of over 2,500 customers including HMV, BBC Worldwide and The Belgian National Lottery.
Outpost24 was acquired by Vitruvian Partners in 2022. With the injection of funding provided by its new parent company, Outpost24 is accelerating its product development and increasing its marketing efforts. While it is a significant business in the European and US markets, it is aiming to grow its market share and expand internationally in the near future.
