Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years experience in Channel Partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role
- Managerial experience is a must
- Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs - important for the role
- A solid foundation and an eagerness to learn
- Experience in a global work environment
- Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters
- Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach

What the job involves
- We're looking for a Channel Partner Team Lead to join the EMEA Partnership Leadership Team
- Channel Partner Managers are responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners who drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities
- We think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their business with monday.com
- This role offers you the ability to make a start-up sized impact with the resources of an established, public company
- You’re the boss of your book: Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region
- Manage a team of top CPMs (quota carrying) and drive them to success
- Lead your CPMs to achieve their ARR targets
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach
- Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential
- Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions
- Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions
- Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings
