  • Bonus: You have experience organizing events, managing logistics, or working in an administrative/people-facing role

What the job involves

  • Reporting into our People & Office Manager, Klervy, you’ll support on:
  • Workplace & Office Operations
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and welcoming
  • Manage office supplies, snacks, and equipment to ensure availability
  • Coordinate with external providers (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries)
  • Internal Events & Employee Experience
  • Organize and coordinate internal events (team lunches, offsites, celebrations)
  • Gather employee feedback to improve office & event experiences
  • Support onboarding by preparing office setups for new hires
  • People Operations & Administrative Support
  • Assist with HR-related tasks (documents, contracts, benefits coordination)
  • Ensure smooth communication of People Ops initiatives internally
  • Support travel and logistics for employees when needed
