Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer
- Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks (such as TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack)
- You’re self-directed and can operate autonomously to deliver scaled impact
- Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
What the job involves
- The Enterprise team is enabling us to build groundbreaking customer experiences for dental groups
- The team will be responsible for building reporting products, embedded insights, onboarding workflows, bulk management tools, billing & payment systems, and much more
- This team will support Dandy’s mission to become the essential partner for dental groups by helping them scale operations, improve clinical outcomes, and grow revenue
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and products
- Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics
- Proactively identify and prioritize improvements to the team’s processes, codebases, and best practices
- Work primarily with Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL
