Who you are
- Experience: 3+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations within SaaS or similar industries, with a proven record of managing GTM strategies and tools
- Technical Skills: Expertise in GTM tools, including CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools, and workflow automation
- Project Management: Skilled in all project phases, from initiation to closure, with an eye for detail and execution excellence
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to align operational improvements with overarching business goals
- Analytical mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights

- As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll drive innovation and shape our go-to-market success in our fast-paced software environment. Join our dynamic RevOps & Enablement team as a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to lead operational excellence and boost revenue growth across our GTM teams
- In this role, you'll lead and refine scalable operations while growing into a strategic partner who shapes our global revenue strategy, leveraging a best-in class tech stack
- Process Optimization: Lead impactful initiatives to optimize and simplify GTM processes
- Scalable Systems: Implement scalable processes across systems, ensuring adoption, efficiency, and thorough documentation
- Automation, Growth & GTM Engineering: Uncover new opportunities for automation and growth in our GTM tech stack
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between sales, CS, marketing, and product teams to optimize workflows and enhance the customer journey
- Problem-Solving: Conduct root cause analyses to define challenges, prioritize solutions, and drive effective implementation
- Data & Insights: Own data governance to ensure quality, compliance, and actionable insights for leadership

With the world undergoing a huge digital transformation, contract processing is somewhat still stuck in the past. Involving a mess of legacy systems, endless supplies of paper and PDFs.
Oneflow is reimagining the contract workflow, by developing, selling and implementing digital contract management and automation systems. With Oneflow, clients can use a single platform across all teams in their organisations to effortlessly sign contracts digitally, eliminating potential risks and ultimately reducing overall costs.
In 2022 the company focused on further expanding its operation, by opening offices in London, Amsterdam, and Paris. While there are many local and global e-signature players, the market for digital contracts has huge room for potential and this is something Oneflow is hoping to take further advantage of in the years to come.
