Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical pre-sales role, preferably in the AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industry
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and automation
- In-depth understanding of the AI Market including: LangChain, LLM's, CrewAI, RAG, latest evolution of AI, Agentic applications,...etc
- Experience with API integrations and software development principles
- Excellent knowledge of VSCode and/or Cursor
- Strong knowledge of Python and the ability to build and deploy a simple Python App in less than 15 minutes
- Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and POCs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong working knowledge of AWS
- Experience with conversational AI platforms

- Sema4.ai is seeking a dynamic and AI Agent astute Sales Engineer to join our growing team
- As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our cutting-edge AI agent platform
- You will partner with our sales team to provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and develop tailored solutions for prospective clients
- You will be the bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring they understand the power and potential of Sema4.ai's AI agents
- Technical Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert on Sema4.ai's AI agent platform, providing in-depth technical guidance to sales teams and clients
- Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design customized AI agent solutions that address their specific needs
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling and engaging product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Sema4.ai's platform
- Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Develop and manage POCs to validate the effectiveness of our solutions and demonstrate their value to clients
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration guides, and best practices
- Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to the sales and product teams
- Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between clients and the product development team, providing valuable feedback to drive product improvements
- Integration Support: Assist clients with the integration of Sema4.ai's platform with their existing systems
