What the job involves

  • As an Account Manager for our Broker Channels, you’ll be the first point of contact for our brokers and will provide exceptional customer service in managing loan applications for their clients
  • In addition to building relationships with our brokers, you will also work closely with other teams across the business to ensure a seamless application process
  • The key success factors in this role will be measured in the quality of relationships you build, your speed of service, and overall broker satisfaction
  • You will also have the opportunity to help shape and develop the future of this valuable channel
  • Manage the day-to-day working relationship with all brokers, including our ‘Gold’ brokers who introduce high volumes of business
  • Pre-screen applications, ensuring the broker provides all necessary business documentation and customer information for a credit review
  • Provide timely updates for ongoing cases, answering questions related to specific applications or product queries
  • Work closely with our Credit, Account Management and tech teams
  • Pro-active outreach and the ability to objection handle to improve conversion rates and broker satisfaction
  • Tackle additional tasks or analysis to assist the Broker Channel Managers and gain an understanding of other areas within the business
  • Help organise and attend broker entertainment / industry events
