Business Development Representative, Scoro

• Have experience in a sales or customer-facing role where you’ve worked with performance targets and consistently met or exceeded them, ideally in SaaS or tech companies
• Are comfortable with high-volume outreach and enjoy connecting with prospects over the phone
• Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and remain positive and focused on your targets, even in challenging situations
• Are great at time management and prioritization and know what to focus on to drive the most impact
• Have excellent communication skills, and can explain complex topics easily to different audiences
• Genuinely enjoy sales and are motivated to keep learning and improving in the role
• Are curious and proactive about trying new tools, methods and approaches to continuously improve your output

• We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our team in the UK!
• As a BDR at Scoro, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities to drive our growth
• Your responsibilities will include booking outbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking or events
• You’ll engage with key decision makers to qualify leads for sales conversations and work closely with the wider marketing and sales team to turn prospects into qualified opportunities
• This role is an ideal fit for you if you feel best connecting with prospects over the phone and describe yourself as ambitious, optimistic and results-driven
• Our UK team is working fully remote, but meeting occasionally for events and twice per year in Estonia for Global Week
