Senior Technical Sourcer, Smarter Technologies

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• 2-4 years experience in technical sourcing, preferably in AI, or SaaS product companies
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and/or other search techniques
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS systems
• Strong communication skills for engaging passive candidates and stakeholders
• Understanding of technical roles (e.g., software development, cloud architecture)
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches, and niche platforms to identify passive candidates
• Candidate Screening: Build and maintain talent pipelines high priority technical roles, ensuring talent quality and alignment with company needs
• Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, refine sourcing strategies, and prioritize candidates
• Tools & Systems: Manage candidate data in ATS (Greenhouse)
• Employer Branding: Promote Thoughtful AI’s culture through compelling outreach, social media engagement, and other relevant channels
• Market Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies
• Metrics & Reporting: Track sourcing KPIs (response rates, conversion rates) and optimize processes based on data-driven insights
