Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success or customer support
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

- Experience in Higher Education account management (preferred)

What the job involves
- Flywire is seeking a motivated and driven Account Manager to deliver and expand our solutions with Small-to-Medium (SMB) partner institutions. You’ll be at the heart of our client success strategy—building strong relationships, using data to identify opportunities, and ensuring our partners get maximum value from Flywire
- This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a real impact in the Education vertical
- Protect and grow existing accounts through scalable account management strategies
- Use data to identify new revenue opportunities within existing products
- Partner with Sales to close new product opportunities and unlock account potential
- Support new client onboardings & product deployments
- ️ Collaborate with Client Operations to resolve operational challenges
- Represent Flywire at webinars and in-person events
- Share insights to help develop team strategy and support onboarding of new colleagues
- Manage contract renewals with precision and care
