• Building excellent collaborative relationships with our hiring communities across our studios business group
• Using your excellent communication skills, you will proactively and regularly update and influence your key stakeholders
• Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates while maintaining long-term relationships with them
• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to provide high-quality candidates for open positions
• Interviewing and screening candidates to truly understand their skills and experience to understand if candidates have the right skills and experience to add value to our business
• Proactive and strategic DE&I Advocacy across the recruitment funnel
• Build a positive relationship across various functions with hiring managers, executive team and HR team
• Using data to inform your decision making in order to manage expectations, stakeholders and senior management
