• Ability to manage & optimize spend against pre-existing budgets and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

• We are seeking a dynamic Temp Paid Media Manager with expertise in influencer and affiliate marketing to join our performance marketing team
• This role will be responsible for executing & optimizing campaigns
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Content, Product Marketing, Analytics, Finance, & Legal to ensure programs support major launches and align with key business objectives
• Identify and review potential influencer and creator partners across key platforms
• Review content and provide actionable feedback to ensure brand alignment
• Design and test new concepts for upcoming influencer campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on weekly influencer performance
• Execute performance reporting and campaign measurement, ensuring efficient spend allocation and optimizing strategy based on performance
• Generate tracking codes and links for campaigns
• Conduct competitive reviews to benchmark and optimize strategy
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and influencer agencies
• Review and approve new affiliate partner opportunities
• Manage day-to-day affiliate approvals and communications
• Execute affiliate performance reports and analyze campaign metrics
• Issue and manage affiliate tracking codes
• Handle voucher code reversals and compliance monitoring
• Explore additional potential growth channels (podcast, CTV, etc.) for paid media partnerships
• Identify relevant shows, networks, and hosts for collaboration in partnership with the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing & Activation
• Test, track, and measure campaign performance
• Identify opportunities on additional emerging channels that could drive growth
