We are looking for passionate, high-integrity individuals to help us scale up our growing business
Previous experience in sales, business development or similar role in B2B SaaS
Knowledge of enterprise technologies, particularly within data integration or cloud ecosystems (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks etc)
Familiarity with sales tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Zoominfo, 6Sense etc
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated, goal-orientated, with a strong desire to succeed

What the job involves

We are now looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join #teamgreen
As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive revenue and customer acquisition by proactively prospecting both outbound and inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and building relationships within your assigned geographic territory
You'll work closely with Account Executives to generate new business and contribute to Matillion's growth
Making high volume outbound calls and emails to engage prospects
Meeting or exceeding quotas for meetings with qualified prospects
Managing inbound leads and actively seeking new opportunities within your assign geographic territory
Spending time to qualifying leads, understanding prospect needs, and building relationships with decision makers
Partner with Account Executives, Marketing and Solution Architecture teams to align efforts and drive success
