Who you are
- Demonstrable experience managing accounts and developing new business within the Cybersecurity or Complex Technology Solutions space
- Experience in responding to government tenders
- Familiarity with the main government frameworks such as G Cloud and CCS and of assessment criteria including the government Social Value model
- Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and drive client success

What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Account Manager to manage high-value government accounts and lead client strategy
- In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with key clients, overseeing complex projects, and driving account growth through strategic recommendations
- You will collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Oversee and manage high-value client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic account development plans that align with client goals and objectives, ensuring long-term success
- Manage the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, presenting tailored solutions and services to increase revenue
- Mentor junior account managers and support their professional development through guidance and training
- Lead on active tenders and be responsible for the creation of artefacts required to support these new opportunities
- Nurture and grow a number of business development accounts in the short-to-medium term
