Mid-level Graphic Designer, Ruggable

• 3–5 years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly digital
• Must be proficient in Figma. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
• Experience with creating accessibility friendly assets
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Experience working within established brand systems
• Experience working with retail brands

In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing brand stories to life across a variety of platforms. You’ll collaborate with marketing, copy, and product teams to deliver visually compelling designs that are strategic, on-brand, and user-focused
• Design and produce assets for digital and print, including emails, web banners, social media, packaging, presentations, and more
• Execute creative concepts from ideation to final delivery with attention to detail and consistency
• Interpret brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to brainstorm ideas and develop campaigns
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and package files for production or development
• Stay up to date with design trends and tools to keep work fresh and relevant
