Who you are
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Bring 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio
- Have excellent visual storytelling, presentation, and critique skills
- Have a deep understanding of brand systems, accessibility, and web standards
- Are passionate about design thinking and educating others on brand consistency
- Are highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Have strong collaboration and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
What the job involves
- As a Senior Brand Designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing impactful brand experiences that elevate our visual identity, strengthen brand consistency, and drive engagement across all channels
- You will work closely with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure our brand strategy is translated into compelling, cohesive, and scalable design solutions
- Lead: Drive cross-functional brand initiatives that align with business goals. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure brand excellence across every touchpoint
- Create: Translate strategic insights into compelling visual storytelling that elevates our brand and resonates with our B2B audience across digital, print, and experiential channels
- Evolve: Maintain and continuously evolve our brand standards, ensuring consistency, innovation, and scalability as we grow
- Educate: Champion design thinking and brand consistency across the organization by mentoring peers, leading workshops, and creating resources that empower non-designers
- Communicate: Present creative concepts and design rationale with clarity and confidence, incorporating feedback to refine and strengthen outcomes
- Inspire: Bring a high level of craft, curiosity, and creativity to your work, the marketing department and the organization
