Role
Who you are
- We are looking to add an experienced Account Executive located in the eastern time zone with a passion for people, sales and a strong interest in working in a fast-growing startup
- Minimum 3 Years experience selling SaaS to Mid-Market+ companies
- Experience with a PLG business model strongly preferred
- Experience closing deals from $20-$100K+ ARR
- A proven track record as a top performer
- Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and strong negotiation skills
- Independent, self-starter with a bias for action
- Highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing environment
- An attention to detail, and have a need to stay organized
- A strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence
What the job involves
- This is truly a milestone opportunity to join on the ground floor. The team has built an amazing product that people love (4.7 Stars | 1000+ G2 Reviews) and you'll play a key role in driving our growth in the Mid-Market segment
- Leverage your experience closing MM & ENT SaaS deals to close our largest leads
- Quarterback complex deals with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
- Work with C-Level Executives to understand their business problems and help propose and deliver solutions
- Own both Land and Expand motions
- Learn our product inside and out to help your customers achieve their desired outcomes
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain and track all customer interactions in our CRM (Hubspot)

The quality and quantity of meetings has long been a problem in many workplaces, and the shift to remote/hybrid work over recent years has pushed it to boiling point. It’s no surprise then that meeting-optimization software company Fellow has found plenty of success in the space.
Fellow is a secure AI meeting assistant that helps teams run better meetings by automatically capturing notes, action items and summaries. It works across Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, and also integrates with tools like Slack, Salesforce and Asana. Unlike other AI tools, Fellow never trains on clients data and gives them full control over who sees what, making it a standout choice in the growing meeting productivity space.
Whilst Fellow’s offering seems more comprehensive and customizable than competitors like GoogleDocs and Hugo, the comparison becomes tighter against its more contemporary competitors. That said, the company has attracted big-name clients like Motorola, Shopify and Uber, which should help it compete as the market evolves.
