Who you are
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced startup, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a similar high-growth environment
- Proven Project Leadership: You have a track record of analyzing, managing, and delivering high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Analytical Mindset: You are a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills. You have the ability to break down complex problems to their essential components, and you approach challenges with a meticulous, data-driven mindset

- This role is a mix of GTM, Operations and other highly strategic projects
- **Shape the Future:** Work alongside our leadership team to design and execute an impactful GTM strategy, driving success across major channels and paving the way for growth
- **Spot New Opportunities:** Dive into market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and give us a competitive edge
- **Drive Revenue & Reach:** Partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to expand our reach, boost customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth
- **Optimize for Success:** Analyze performance metrics, spot trends, and recommend smart adjustments to keep us agile and our GTM strategy on point.
- **Lead High-Impact Initiatives:** Take the reins on critical projects across operations, product, partnerships, fundraising, and business development that move the needle for our company
- **Empower Strategic Decisions:** Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to guide key decisions and shape our trajectory
- **Streamline & Innovate:** Identify and implement game-changing processes that drive operational efficiency and set us up for scale

Our take
Abacum develops software that allows mid-sized companies to automatically compile and analyse financial data using one interface.
This may seem like a fairly simple solution, but it's one that’s proven extremely popular with scaling companies, who often have to pour hours of labor into collating data to create forecasts.
Launched in 2020, the company took off quickly and gained its first major customer in Typeform, and since then the likes of Cabify, AllTrails and Yoco have also adopted the software.
Major funding led by Atomico is set to kick off the next period of fast growth for Abacum, adding to its headcount on both sides of the Atlantic, including Latin America, and to boost product development and marketing.
