Who you are
- Experience 1 or 2 years working within an admin and/or finance team
- Proficiency in English is required
- A good knowledge of written and oral German preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with effective attention to detail
- Good excel skills and data manipulation
- Microsoft Office 365 experience required
What the job involves
- In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Finance Director on full-time hours and working from home remotely
- As a Accounts Assistant you’ll have assist the accounts team with monthly and ad hoc tasks
- The role will involve completing such tasks as the monthly admin support and revenue reconciliation, as well as ad hoc work extracting, compiling and summarising data as when needed
- There will be opportunities to be involved with the production of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition and work relating to the annual audit
- Supporting billing team if needed
- Accrueding and Deferred reconciliation - consolidate monthly billing data sets and reconcile to the client consumption
- Compile data for various monthly reports
- Supporting the Finance Manager with any audit queries
- Preparing bank transactions ready for approval
- Access to Dynamics Finance to enable postings into the system
- Analyzing ad hoc data when needed
